Our mission is to cultivate physical, mental and emotional wellbeing in Chesterfield through movement, mindfulness, and connecting people.
We believe everyone should have access to the tools to live a healthy and happy life.

What we offer
MOVEMENT
Support functional movement through our various yoga and pilates classes, including Hatha, restorative and Yin, to Chair yoga.
MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION
Cultivate the ability to find calm within through our mindfulness and meditation classes. We run courses and single sessions.
WORKSHOPS
You’ll find Sound Baths, Women’s Circles, sessions on Stress Reduction and other one-off workshops to help you live well.
Our Founders

Bronwyn is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher and specialises in embodied movement and Trauma-Informed teaching. She believes that as we become more in-tune with our bodies, we can start to embrace ourselves better, grow and heal.

Kevin is a creative thinker, brand strategist and climber. He's fascinated by how we can be happier by living more intentional lives. He's meditated since 2013, studied simple living, and has taken a 10-day Vipassana silent meditation course. He runs the mindfulness & meditation classes at Kula.
Our Teachers
We have a range of teachers from Chesterfield, Sheffield, Nottingham and the broader local area.
Our teachers are highly qualified and each have their own specialisms, from chiropody to dance. Feel free to ask them their story.
