Without looking after yourself, you end up stressed and burned out. Overwhelmed by all that life is asking of you.

This three-night immersive retreat in the heart of the Peak District is your invitation to pause, retreat inwards, and return to your wholeness.
You'll find your way back to yourself through practices that release tension and stress, quiet spaces to help you reconnect, and circles for sharing and inquiry.
During the weekend, you'll explore practical tools you can integrate into daily life to manage stress and relieve overwhelm. This is not about adding more to your already full life. Instead, it's an invitation and journey into remembering what truly matters to you, letting go of what's holding you back, and returning to your body's innate wisdom.
You'll leave feeling lighter and carrying not only techniques for managing stress and being overwhelmed but also a profound remembrance of who you are beneath the noise of modern life.

This weekend retreat is designed to create an environment for you to slow down, recharge, and connect with others. All so you can return to daily life fresh and energised.

Access to online resources to support you
You’re welcome to arrive from 4.30pm on the Friday evening and leave at 10am on the Monday. If you’d like to leave the Sunday evening, that’s no problem, but ask you leave after our final sharing circle at 9pm.
Travel to and from the venue is not included. Free parking is available at the venue. Pick-up/drop-off to Edale train station can be arranged at no charge.
