Two workshops running in August & October

Feeling Overwhelmed?

Like you’re running on empty? A sense of overwhelm knotting in your stomach when you think through that seemingly endless list of “must do” jobs? Burning out whilst just keeping afloat?

You’re not alone.

In today’s fast-paced world, stress and burnout have become common and normal. Over the last year, 1 in 3 adults experienced frequent or constant high levels of stress and 1 in 5 UK workers ended up taking time off as a result.

Let’s change that

This problem won’t go away if we simply ignore it.

Acute stress and burnout are seriously impacting our physical and mental health, our relationships, our happiness and our overall well-being.

During this workshop, we’ll explore tools and tactics you can apply in daily life to limit and better manage stresses, as well as practices to help you rebalance your nervous system and curate a sense of calm.

What to expect

  • Learn about how stress and burnout can show up in the body.

  • Explore tools and tactics that can help you limit the impact of stress at work and home.

  • Learn mindfulness & somatic grounding practices that you can call on in those times of high stress.

  • 1 ½ hour gentle somatic movement & restorative yoga practice to help you rebalance and leave feeling calmer.

Plus:

You’ll get a pack of resources, including recorded meditations, to help integrate the practices at home.

We’ll provide Herbal teas and light snacks & refreshments (gluten-free & plant-based) during the session.
